The story.

2,000m2 government office fitout project consisting of secure reception, waiting area, staff break out/kitchen, open plan workstations and offices. A meeting/training room facility is constructed adjacent the reception area with an operable wall, lighting, audio visual and kitchen facility. A secure server room was constructed in addition to shielded Cat6 communication cabling and dedicated air conditioning. Alterations to the existing fire, lighting, and mechanical services to suit the new layout form part of the works. Electronic access control was installed to the waiting, reception and server rooms to maintain the secure environment. This project was delivered within a 10 week program.
