The story.

SAS Canberra relocated to Level 7, 12 Moore Street Civic in 2013. The project scope of work comprised of the defit and reconfiguration of the existing Booze & Co fitout to suite SAS's requirements as the new occupant for part of Level 7. Projects that involve a fitout within a multi storey occupied building and within a tight timeframe, represents a high level of risk for all project stakeholders. Rork Projects in-depth understanding and appreciation of the scope of work involved on this project achieved all of the project objectives, a commitment to detail and quality, a responsibility to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and an assurance to established project delivery systems. Rork Projects was responsible for delivering a high specification, in both finishes and security requirements, within a very short time frame. Consideration for all sections of the project had to be considered to ensure a smooth and safe site presence was achieved throughout the project timeframe. Further consideration had to be taken to ensure that a thorough project program was followed by all contractors including the client, to enable the successful completion of the project to the highest of detail.
