Project type
Design and ConstructionRay White Commercial turned to Rork Projects with whom they had a 10 year relationship, to project manage the relocation to their Canberra offices and to complete the entire design and fitout of the 700sqm office space.
This project had to reflect Ray White Commercial's position in the marketplace - as a leader in its field. It was also required to create a space that inspires visitors and staff whilst supporting the way they work and create exciting and modern environment that their staff would look forward to working in – even on Monday mornings!
The project was delivered within the tight 4 week timeframe and included; partitioning, a new reception area, meeting room, kitchen and workstation joinery; electrical, hydraulic, painting, and flooring works as well as loose furniture installation. Rork Projects has also completed fitout works to other Canberra Ray White offices in Lanyon, Gungahlin, Kingston and Belconnen.
