1,800m2 Commercial interior for Penguin Random House's Sydney office. Works comprised of the refurbishment of reception, staircase and lower floor area and a new fit out to the upper floor. Major packages included timber and carpet floor finishes, joinery and storage, mechanical, electrical, partitioning and exposed ceiling works. Works were completed within 7 weeks on site.
