The story.

Rork Projects was engaged to complete the demolition of an existing fitout to make way for a new office fitout in Phillip, ACT. The Fitout comprises a contemporary reception area with offices and open plan work space, with the main feature being a large boardroom with glass operable sliding doors. Focus was on updating the Fitout to comply with current disabled requirements, including building access and wet area facilities. This included demolition to existing entry points to construct larger doors and build a disabled shower and toilet. There was a major upgrade to all services including lighting, air conditioning, communications and security bringing the Fitout to current standards.
