The story.

1,400 sqm Federal Government office fit out for the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency in Sydney (refurbishment of existing and new works). Works comprised of the demolition and refurbishment of existing office space, and new fit out of offices, boardroom and training room with bi fold wall. Major packages included carpet floor finishes, workstations, mechanical, electrical, partitioning and ceiling works. In a fully occupied environment the works were staged to ensure minimal disruption to staff and the CEO.
