Black Line RetailOriginally a mixed use development with retail on the ground floor and a residency on the first floor, Rork Projects worked closely with Black Line Retail to realise the full opportunity of this conversion.
Building refurbishment works comprised the full strip out of the 650sqm two storey building and new steel supporting structure, shop front section, recycled gum staircase, roof and mechanical services. Fit out works comprised new floor, wall and ceiling finishes; electrical, fire and hydraulic services; joinery, workstations and loose furniture. Site works were compressed and completed within 6 weeks of commencement.
