7-11 Barry Drive

The story.

Rork was appointed as construction manager to deliver the base building refurbishment at 7-11 Barry Drive, Turner. Internal construction consisted of new mechanical, lighting and fire systems. New ceilings, floor finishes, kitchens and bathrooms improved the amenity of the building. External works comprised new glazed entry, structural steel and aluminium composite panel cladding and hard and soft landscaping. The project was completed well within budget to a high standard of quality. This has allowed the building owner to reposition the asset as a quality B class office building accommodating up to 2,000sqm on the fringe of the CBD.
