The story.

A design and construct project that included a new fit of a full floor within an old wool shed building. We were appointed as head contractor directly by the client for the fit out of the office, located in Ultimo Sydney. The high level fit out included partitioning, glazing, doors, all services (mechanical/electrical/fire/hydraulic), custom joinery including kitchens, loose furniture, workstations, finishes (painting, frosting, wall paper), signage, window treatments (manual) and security services. Rork Projects appointed PeckVonHartel for the architectural/ design documentation. Rork Projects was additionally appointed to carry out the inter-tenancy base building works by the Asset Manager Jones Lang LaSalle.
