The story.

Rork Projects was contracted for the full refit of the unoccupied premises in Deakin. Works completed included demolition, partitioning and wall panelling, joinery, doors and hardware, as well as all finishes including signage. All internal bathrooms were upgraded, floor and wall tiles removed and replaced, and the exterior upgraded. Rork was able to adapt to a continuously changing scope, working with the client to bring practical completion on the project as soon as possible. Variations were introduced up until the final stages, widening the scope of work and increasing the complexity of the program.
